Nexgen Projects UAE (“Nexgen”) is a private project management practice. Our role is to plan, coordinate and oversee mandates on behalf of our clients, and to facilitate introductions to appropriately licensed third-party service providers operating within their respective regulated jurisdictions.

Nexgen does not carry out regulated activities. In particular, Nexgen does not provide and is not authorised or licensed to provide:

• Real estate brokerage, agency or development licensing services;
• Financial services, including investment advice, portfolio management, dealing in securities, or arranging deals in investments;
• Banking, lending, payment, custody or money-transmission services;
• Legal, tax, audit or accounting services;
• Visa issuance, immigration adjudication or government-licensing functions;
• Any other activity requiring authorisation, licence or registration in the United Arab Emirates or any other jurisdiction.

Where a client requires services that are regulated, Nexgen will introduce that client to one or more third-party service providers who are appropriately licensed and authorised in the relevant jurisdiction. The contractual relationship for any regulated service is between the client and that third-party provider. Nexgen is not a party to such engagements and accepts no responsibility for the advice, conduct or output of the third-party provider.

Nexgen accepts a strictly limited number of mandates. All engagements are subject to a minimum contract value of USD 200,000 and to the execution of a written engagement letter. No client relationship is created until such an engagement letter is signed by both parties.
